Applied online and got a phone call (on a Sunday) a few weeks later. The guy was really nice and asked me a few simple questions. The call lasted around 15 minutes. He then invited me for an interview on the Thursday. The interview as well was fine. A lot of questions, a lot of them scenario based. None were extremely difficult. The manager was lovely, we chatted and he made the atmosphere really nice and calmed my nerves quite a lot. He said he'd be in touch over the next few days, but I got a call a few hours later offering me the job.

Completed an Online questions to be completed then call back phone assessment and then offered interview a week or two later. Relaxed interview with the manager and the assistant manager in the store office. Was told I would hear back within a week or so. Got an email to say I had been unsuccessful.
