Entretien
Interview went well, employees conducting the interview were lovely. It was an online interview and it was great to learn about the role.
When asked about flexibility requirements I said I had a son in nursery but was quite flexible.
After the interview I was ghosted, emailed the recruitment team twice and no response which is very frustrating, not sure if this was because mentioning it a mother.

Entretien
Stage 1) Online application with CV & further info section (which I included a cover letter in)
Stage 2) Personality/situational based online test
Stage 3) Interview (competency based) at HQ - interview questions are based upon the answers you provide in the situational online test (according to what I was told by the interviewer)
