I applied at USAJOBS.gov and waited few weeks for them to set up an interview. I received an email regarding interview time. I drove to the Argonne national lab in IL and showed my documents to the security guards before allowed to go behind the gate. One engineer and one lawyer interviewed me with my resume in their hands. Very friendly and well explained about the position.
