Entretien
So I was contacted by the recruiter, stating that the resume was screened and reviewed by the recruiter, and the recruiter wanted to do a Screening round.
In the screening round the HR asked basic screening questions along with technical questions , while asking clarifiying questions she mentioned that she is not a technical person. I am unsure whether she noted the answers and ghosted for 2 months. After repeated follow backs she sent a standardized reject email without any feedback

Entretien
I initially had an Interview Screen where the recruiter asked three questions
1) Why Arevon?
2)Tell me about yourself
3) If you try to build a system that processes data in 1 minute, what would be your considerations?
The recruiter has emailed me saying that I have been moved forward for the next assessment round and asked me to solve two questions with one small code snippet, asking what the code does and how I would change it to return some other result. I have submitted the answers, which seemed easy, but 1 week later, I got a generalized rejection mail.
