I submitted an application and within 1 week heard back and was invited to an interview. I had an initial 1 hour interview with the Dep CEO. I was told feedback would be given in 1 weeks time following all the interviews. Arden kept to their word on this and I was invited back for a second interview to give a presentation to the Dep CEO and CEO. The following day they sent me an offer and I accepted.
