Initial interview was a phone call. The IT lead asked me technical questions and it took about 30 mins. 1st personal interview were with 3 person hiring committee, i was asked situational and technical questions. 2nd interview with hiring committee and the IT team, the IT team took turns in asking me situational and technical questions.
