3-round interview process: panel (background/system design) followed by a short director discussion.
The panel was well-structured and positive. The final round was not. The director appeared to have limited context on the role and no consistent format, which made it difficult to follow. When the interview lost direction, the tone became dismissive and at times hostile, making the conversation uncomfortable and less collaborative.
Given the scope of the role, this step would benefit from a more standardized approach or different ownership.

Good, First round was online assessment, they conducted it strictly in the college so there was no room for malpractice. There was 2 to 3 technical and HR round combined. They were not restricted to coding questions they asked questions to check our speaking skills, logical skills and problem solving. Overall it was difficult but fun at the same time.
