Formal with two rig managers and HR manger. It was a standard interview with the usual basic/standard questions but there were a few curve balls thrown in. Especially knowing Archers Core Values prior to attending the interview was a massive help. Also knowing a little about the company structure and setup helped.

It was faily fast, I just had to show my curriculum and talk a little about myself and the expectations I would have with the company. An indication of a employee was required to be called for this opportunity as the oil industry is faily closed to outsiders.
