Multiple rounds .. Once you clear the interview, the company lacks a budget.
People from different tech backgrounds ask you very irrelevant questions. Below are the rounds
1 - ds and algo - hackerrank test
2 - analysis of 1
3 system design & DB
4 Tech stack Understanding
5 Tech Manager
6 HR
HR doesn't respond to you . You will be told that you cleared all rounds .
HR looks for you previous company hikes - which is very weird.

Entretien
For me it was like-
1. Hacker rank coding exercise.
2. Code screening round
3. Technical round (Java + Ds)
4. Technical round ( Java + system design)
It looks like there is no actual open position and they are just trying to be on market. Everything went well all the rounds of interviews were good.
Next day got an email saying skill did not match, no feedback is shared till now(more then 1month gone)
Advice for readers- You may waste your time there , after everything done almost 4-5 rounds they will send you an email template saying skill did not match, question here is they shortlisted resume then how this can be possible. They will never shared detailed feedback and if everything from your side was fine you will never be able to figure out what exactly wen wrong.

Design a job scheduler.
(even in my current org. we have designed a job scheduler I explained the same architecture since its already tested and working fine with optimal performance.
but looks like interviewer having a design in his own mind and wanted to get me there only.

Entretien
There was 5 rounds in the interview , mostly technical and one hr , manager rounds. The interview will be taken by every member in the team like application team, database team, infra team so that he know other technologies too along with the technology he work for.
