The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a technical and case-based discussion where I was asked questions related to finance concepts such as financial statements, ratio analysis, and market scenarios like inflation and deflation. They also asked about my academic projects, especially focusing on practical applications and real-world relevance. The second round was more focused on problem-solving and behavioral questions, where they evaluated my analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to approach business scenarios logically. Overall, the process was structured and focused on both conceptual clarity and practical understanding.

The interview process started with a CV screening and then an aptitude + financial knowledge test. After clearing the test the interview process started which included 3 rounds in total. Each interview went for about 30-45min. The questions asked were based on CV and general finance questions with a focus on derivatives. The interview was one on one on video call due to COVID.
