I had a couple of phone interviews before I decided to withdraw my application. First a phone screen with HR then a 1-1 conversation with someone in a similar role that I’d be working with.

Very friendly and easy going process. There were multiple rounds of interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the team I interviewed with. The one with a recruiter was more along the lines of my interest in my career and with Arcadis while the one with the water team was more personal and specific to my experience.
