Entretien
Good face to face. No day session which was great. Pleasant people. OK location. HR was bit odd but OK overall. Both senior people in my team. There was a preliminary phone call with HR, followed by a call from an interviewer, the good cop, then interview face to face with the good ad bad cop together, but bad cop was pretty good person although they tried to be the focus of the difficult technical questions.

Discussion about industry rather than questions. General chit chat. Some personal things, just about location etc. They didn't ask stupid complex questions, but questions suitable for my grade
online interview on teams, standard questions about previous experience and projects i worked on along with how i would suit the role and culture. Also asked me about certifications that i have
was nice and fluid, very straight forward. Start off with a psychometric test, then a phone interview, then assessment centre, then final interview 90 mins long assessing some job specific skills.

Entretien
An hour long with just one person, the interviewer discussed what the job responsibilities would be and I answered a few easy questions about my experience. \ It was an ok experience but I realized that the job description did not match the job they were offering. When asked about it, they said that I was more suited for the other role, which is a role that I didn't want. The ole switcheroo. However, the salary they offered was way below market rate so I declined.
