Entretien
Standard online application followed by a video interview and then assessment center. The first part of the assessment center was a group activity which involved engineering a solution to a transport scenario. The second part was a speed interview which was a casual chat with questions relating to skills and how we have demonstrated them.

It was smooth. No issues. The interviewers were very nice. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions and depending on the role, they’ll ask you some technical questions.

Entretien
Normal formal interview process, asked basic and common interview questions. The interviewers where looking at answers and basing this of the STAR Techniques.The interview did not seem professional so not sure about the entire thing.

Group interview to assess an engineering problem where you have to discuss with your team about how to address the problem, propose solutions and present it to the interviewers.
It was followed by a personal interview with the Human Resources representative and a team member of the position you are applying to, it was a friendly conversation about your interests
