Submitted resume online through company career portal, received a call from HR to set up an initial interview. That interview was about 2 hours with 4 different people. They asked a lot of questions (usual interview questions), then I came in for a second interview.

Applied for the job in October, was offered an initial interview in early December. Was then offered a proper interview mid December but heard nothing and never got a teams link. I then heard again beginning of January and had an interview which seemed to go really well. Interview was casual and he seemed happy with my answers to any questions. Was told I'd hear back in a week, but have since been completely ghosted (even after emailing a couple of times). Not even a rejection email, which is quite disheartening after how positive it seemed.
