I was called by the HR for a telephonic screening Interview with two of senior Project Managers at the local office. The telephonic screening went well and was asked all sorts of basic Interview questions. At the end of the Interview, I will be required to visit in-person for an Interview and HR will coordinate my travel. I coordinated with HR and she told that they have their own travel agency and they will reimburse my travel and she will let me know the schedule for travel once she gets the date for an Interview. After regular follow-ups and e-mail conversations, I was given assurance that they will call me for an Interview and it has been 3 weeks since I was waiting for a confirmation and all of a sudden, I saw rejection in my portal. I tried following up with HR and P.M and both of them ignored my e-mails. I do believe this is unprofessional from Arcadis and am glad to have not joined such an unprofessional environment.

It was a waste of time looking back on it all. ARCADIS is not the best place to work. The managers expect you to sacrifice you life and work over 10 hours a day
