Worst experience ever! They called me to a hill for the HR round. I hated the vibe of the place. I was summoned to the top of a hill!! I trekked up there like a peasant bringing tribute to a corporate queen. The atmosphere was so cold and uninviting
Then, in a move of ultimate self-sabotage, I signed the offer letter.

Entretien
One technical round followed by case study round. High focus on critical thinking, logical thinking.In the first technical round they asked me various case studies like how to increase sales of coffe chain, what are the reasons of revenue fall. In the second round they gave me assignment ( Thailand Ev motor market ) . U need to explain with strong back-up of secondary source.

There are three rounds, if you get shortlisted there will be an aptitude test then if cleared there will be an interview with one of the directors which is followed by HR round. Director round depends on the qualifications, level of designation, sub-team, etc
