all good until after interview, no answer, reply from HR for 3 months,I was told I would be invited for the next round, but nothing happened and I followed up but without any reply

poor communication of HR, I have followed up after first interview, sent email about next round without any reply from HR, talked to the interviewing manager, that I will be informed in few days and automated email came 6 months after interview.
