I was basically asked to talk a little about your personality and aspirations, not looking for experience since they train you. The interview was not long. It was okay overall.

Applied online, got a phone call where I was asked questions about my experience and then was asked to come in for a group interview the next week. Went into group interview with about five to six different people.

the interview took place on a coffe table in a big shopping centre .. had to wait 40 min for a call telling exactly where to meet and then only 10 minutes talking of how to be nice to customers all the time.
