Star interview process. Asked open ended questions. They dressed professional. There were multiple layers of management. The hiring process was very slow. It took a couple of months before an offer was made.

Creating a profile is very simple and does not take a long time. Once you have a profile created it is basically a one click process to submit future applications.

I was hired without getting an interview. It was a 5 min talk and she says you are hired. I should have known better when I accepted the job. If you don’t get a proper interview do not take the job lesson learned.
