I was directed to an AI chatbot on their website which scheduled an interview. Upon the day the interview was scheduled, I never received a call or message. I could not contact them without using a chatbot that went nowhere. There was no other ways of getting in touch with the company and the chatbot refused to let you interact with a human client.

Entretien
I received a text message and email from their robot recruiter. I scheduled an interview based on available times offered to me, and then day of the interview it was cancelled with no explanation and I can't log into the account I made on their career site.
