Long process. This took months of going back and forth. They couldnt not keep a set interview date. I even showed up on a scheduled date and they were not available so I had to some back. Should of saw how un organized the company was

Can you sell. Sell me something. If you know something that is wrong do you tell your manager or just ignore it since it does not pertain to you. Good you ignore it!! Everything stays in house. No need to spill the dirty laundry to everyone.

TA Preliminary Screening / VPO Live Interview / Company Leadership Panel Interview / 1:1 Site Leadership Live Interviews then went back to VPO for offer process and negotiation. Initially did not accept offer but ultimately an agreement was met.

Entretien
3 very long interviews. Process was professional and interesting. I felt like they were open to answering questions honestly and without reservation. I would like to have asked more about their health benefits but I did not.

Had received an email to come in and do a face to face with the GM. Next day was emailed to come in and interview with VP of operations. Both interviewers were very laid back and basic questions.
