The interview process was very long and drawn out over five months time. The questions in the interview were basically just to see how tough you were and if you could take a beating. Even after I was made an offer it still took a while before I was able to start. The company is huge and this particular branch of the company was by far the most profitable.

TA Preliminary Screening / VPO Live Interview / Company Leadership Panel Interview / 1:1 Site Leadership Live Interviews then went back to VPO for offer process and negotiation. Initially did not accept offer but ultimately an agreement was met.

Entretien
3 very long interviews. Process was professional and interesting. I felt like they were open to answering questions honestly and without reservation. I would like to have asked more about their health benefits but I did not.

Had received an email to come in and do a face to face with the GM. Next day was emailed to come in and interview with VP of operations. Both interviewers were very laid back and basic questions.
