Over the phone. Cut right to the point with additional developments about the job description/season which I appreciated, so as to not waste our time. They were a bit late to interview but it was not a big deal. 2 minute conversation on a 15 minute wait. Encouraged to apply again for upcoming season when there are more openings.

Group interview style, in person. A lot of people showed up but about half were hired. Standing out through answers was the best way in. That’s my best recommendation for anyone looking to be hired.

I received all kinds of confirmation emails and texts about my interview, and the interviewer did not show up for my meeting. I tried to reach out to the recruiter, Aramark help center, and even the location I applied. No response at all whatsoever.
