The interview process was short and easy. First was a basic one on one interview asking general behavioral questions. Then I was offered the job and told for which dining area I would be working, based on my the time availability I selected. After offer, I went through basic HR questions and provided documents for background check.

It was over the phone and she asked basic questions, it was very easy too. She forgot there was an interview so I called her first. She offered a job at the end of interview.

Very casual, lowkey. Met in the cafeteria and was not stressful. Asked a number of questions. important that you know the basics of doing the job. Former experience in food service great.

The interview was conducted by one of the supervisors. The process was quite transparent and they were understanding of the students’ schedule and that was taken into consideration while planning the shifts.
