The AI chatbot used for the entire application process was incredibly frustrating and restrictive. There was no option to manually fill out an application. You were forced to use the chatbot, which could not answer any questions and repeatedly asked the same things over and over.
After completing the chatbot application, I was told I would be scheduled for an interview and that an email with available times would arrive shortly. That email never came. I checked repeatedly over the next few days and even tried asking the chatbot for help, which of course went nowhere.
Less than a week later, the position was gone, so I assume they already had an internal candidate. The whole experience felt pointless and misleading. There was no way to contact a real person, and they should not have told candidates an interview would be scheduled if that was not actually the case.
