Very easy process . 5 minute interview with manager just to discuss availability etc, and experience working events and f&b. then had an in person intro day but wasn't;t a strict interview per say and was in a group.

Super easy interview, mostly behavioural questions and experiences. But nothing hard to get through. It was a panel interview with a human resources team member and the general manger. Nothing too tough to be honest.
