I saw the position on LinkedIn and sent in my resume. I was called in for an interview that went fine. The only thing is I was lead on for weeks with the HR lady telling me she'd get back to me either way once a decision was made. This dragged on for about a month before it was completely radio silent. I just feel like they should let candidates know either way if they were selected or rejected. Stop beating around the bush regarding a timeline or decision. It comes off as very unprofessional and disorganized.

Very basic interview questions seemed outdated & not really relevant to the position . Where do you see yourself in 5 years? It’s customer service not for the rest of my life just entry level position
