The interview process was stretched over two and half months with little to no communication in between. There were no clear updates on the next steps, and I had to follow up multiple times just to understand what was happening. The lack of transparency and coordination made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. As a candidate, I expected better communication and respect for time. This experience raises concerns about how internal processes might be handled within the company.

Entretien
Had 1st round scheduled over zoom with an Expert Engineer in the company. The interviewer had with a list of questions (completely unrelated) which he just wanted to finish up. Did not even try to understand my current job or skill set. Didn't bother explaining the ques, just wanted me to give exact answer what he expected based on keywords he said.
If this was the experience with a senior tech guy of the company, can easily understand what would be the culture and level of the company.

Entretien
Aqua Security offered me a position in Hyderabad, showing a strong commitment to my joining their company. After the offer letter was issued, their HR requested an early release from my current employer, to which I agreed, reducing my notice period by 10 days. On the scheduled joining date, I was in Hyderabad ready to commence, but the offer was revoked. That afternoon, they informed me via a Zoom call that my offer was rescinded. This has been a very disappointing experience. Just 15 days prior, their Senior Manager had advised me to brush up on AWS concepts to hit the ground running on projects.
They canceled my offer letter on the joining day while I was in Hyderabad, having traveled from Pune specifically for this purpose. I had taken an early release from my current project, and now I am jobless without any other offer. They should have informed me at least a week earlier if they intended to cancel the offer. Why did they request an early release if they planned to revoke the offer?
