Ghosted after completing all the interview process. Got a referral from an employee. On monday I received a call from HR for completing a coding test. On monday itself I completed it. On tuesday I received a call from HR for technical interview, scheduled on Wednesday. On Thursday I received a call from HR to schedule hiring manager round which is scheduled on friday. After this round I received a call from HR that the profile is approved by Hiring manager but further need approval from management. After continuously following up for 2 weeks she is saying that the opening is on hold now and she will let me know if there is any update. Also the guy who referred me is ghosting me HAHA. Poor management.
