From initial application to decision was 12 weeks. 3 round interview process. Rounds 1 and 2 are with managers in the department via video call; very conversational and looking for personality fits. Third round is in person with a VP. This interview is much more focused on practical questions relating to understanding of the role and opinions on the current status of the business environment,
