First I got a call to talk about the program, my experience and my expectations with a guy from Ireland. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. Next step is an interview with management.

Overall the interview process was really good. We got to meet some of the employees at Aptiv the night before the interview, which made the interview process a lot less stressful.

Entretien
Initial phone screening interview. Assessment center/final round included 4 rounds of interviews in one day (with two interviewers in each), including competency based questions, cultural fit based questions, technical finance, and a case study.
