I applied online through their website. I was contacted only two days later and participated in a phone interview. Shortly after I was asked to come in for an office interview with 2 team members. It was relaxed and behavioral, get to know you style with some specific questions thrown in about my resume. I was back for a second interview the next week with 2 more individuals. Again, behavioral, conversational and very comfortable. That final interview was Friday, they sent me a background verification Monday, and they offered me the job on Tuesday morning.

Very friendly vibe but still in formal manner. Had a meeting w the HR first then had a peer interview and final interview w the managers. Most of the questions were about your profile, of yourself, reason why you consider the company.

Smooth interview process, partners and managers were very down to earth and easy to talk to, great interviews overall. No issues over Zoom and they sped up the process for me due to other offers

Entretien
The interview was in 4 stages and I was able to meet with the manager and supervisor of the department. The HR team was very responsive and was transparent every step of the way.
