I got a call from the recruiter for a job opportunity with Appster. She explained me about the company profile and job description in detail before checking my interest to apply for Appster. I was excited to hear about company's culture and growth plans, so I decided to apply for that requirement. After detailed discussion about my profile, she dropped an email for all the required information which I would require before giving interview. Very next day, I got a call to schedule my telephonic interview. Post telephonic, I received a call for my shortlisting and next round schedule. They completed all the rounds on the same day. Though there were too many rounds but every round had its significance as per the position. I gave the same feedback to the HR also that their process is very lengthly but her reason was logical and answerable to my question that they want to make sure that the right fit candidate is joining their organisation who can gel up with the culture well. Within 2-3 days of the interview, I got the offer. I was amazed with the interview process and HR support during the process. I was updated about status of my candidature after every round. I have never seen such a streamlined and unbiased process in IT till now. In just 7 days of initial call, I got the offer.
