The interviewers of each stages asked insightful questions that effectively assessed both technical skills and cultural fit, while also allowing us to show our experience. Overall, the process felt thorough yet respectful of applicants’ time, reflecting the organization’s professionalism.

The overall process was long and it requires that you know someone from the company. There were video recordings, tests, interviews, cv screening. I had interview with a recruiter and the direct manager. I am not happy because I spent time on recording myself and doing all their tests but when I got rejected with a general automated email, the recruiter was ignoring my email.
