I applied for a Program Manager position at Apprenti. I was selected for a first interview, which they described as a screening call. This was about 30 minutes with one team member and was relatively standard as far as initial phone interviews go. I didn't hear back from them for almost a month, at which point they reached out to schedule a second interview - a 2 hour panel. Again, not unusual. The first half went well, standard questions about qualifications and work style. The second half was with two different people who were going to be working closely with whoever was hired for the position. One member was incredibly combative throughout the call, constantly putting words in my mouth and actually arguing with me about my own experience and past work. This position was meant to build in accessibility (508 compliance) to their programs, and it was clear she did not care about that at all. She was visibly irritated from the moment the zoom call began, and left me not caring if I made it to the next round of interviews or not. 2 months later and I never received any follow up regarding the position. The experience was very unprofessional, and was left unresolved.
