The interview process was 3 steps which was pretty good in my opinion- phone screen, interview then Culture Fit. I had a good experience with the interview process. No questions were difficult to answer to be honest.

Entretien
Terribly unprofessional. Both my friend and I have two interviewers each. Both my friend and I left with the worst impression of start-up companies. The HR rep was professional yet asked questions like it was the lightening round of a TV game show. She scheduled 15 questions in a 25 minute period. She greeted me with a "Are you ready?" and sped off. The other interviewer asked me for my university averages which any established companies would have obtained from school transcripts. He kept looking at his watch and acted very impatient. He had a bored expression on his face and answered my questions without looking at me in the eyes. If you didn't want me to come in for an interview or wasn't interested in me as a candidate anymore, there really wasn't a point to schedule me in. I had to commute 2 hours for this interview. When my friend went in for the interview, they told her the position she initially applied for is now taken so they were interviewing her for another position. A position she didn't want. Again, highly unprofessional. The whole "company" smelled like lunch. It was nauseating.
