The interview process at Apply is without doubt the best I have experienced so far! I had an initial interview with HR, a subsequent interview with a PM lead and head of the practice, then a cultural values interview, and finally a partner interview with the COO. They really take the time to ensure you're a good fit, and this process is advantageous to the interviewee too, as you get to talk to different people within the company and get a good sense of the culture and work environment. The HR representative was very friendly, always responsive and even set up additional conversations when I asked. I ended up not accepting because of personal reason, but Apply seems like a wonderful employer, very values oriented and with many learning and growth opportunities.
