There 2 phase of interview. Phase one with the Malaysia Manager, formal interview at hotel. Just to know my background and my passion for the work. Phase two HR and International Manager from Spain interviewed with Skype. Asking more detail about skill and personality. Before get hired, I need to do personality test for the HR.
