First I had phone call with recruiter, then two phone calls with team members (the first call was with manager and program analyst and two database developers in the second call).

Interview process was very tough and time consuming. I had given 4 written interviews which includes analytical , reasoning, personality identification and programming. They ask you write program on their remote desktop computer. I cleared all written test and then there was a panel interview - in which they actually looked at my resume and then said oh your skillset are not matching with our requirement. I was frustrated. They should have looked at my resume even before my first written exam. Total waste of time and very unorganized process. I would not recommend this to anyone as they have very weird and complicated interview process.
