Interview process was best. Interview process starts with telephonic round and followed by a formal interview process. Then if you get selected in this round then you will get a phone call. At the end of the selection process you have to appear in a cyclomatic test which is mandatory for each candidate.

Entretien
First there was a technical wriitten test at our college. The test consist of question from java/c , data structure and DBMS. The test was not easy. So you have to be prepare for it.
The shortlisted students were elligible for technical interview at there main office i.e. in Noida.
And if you clear all round you will get a mail about it in a week.

Entretien
The initial communication is from the HR of the company, followed by a telephonic interview. If you pass this, it will be followed by 1 to 1 interview in company's office in Noida. If you get selected, you are provided with the offer letter on email. You really need to be sharp and focused to crack the telephonic interview. Good communications skill is really important.
