Overall the interview was straight to the point, theh focus on your commitment and drive more than anything. Solidworks and teamworking abilities are a huge plus. Make sure that you do research on the company to get a better understanding of their environment and products as you will normally be placed on a specific product line

Easy, Streamline, Know Your Resume A very mediocre experience, my phone interview was great but when it got to the second panel webcam interview, the four engineers I talked to seemed very bored while I tried to be enthusiastic. Was told 6 days after I did not get the offer. Oh well reviews on this company didn't seem great.
