First I got a short explanation about the job.
Then I got asked about my project, and we discussed better ways for solving it.
At The end I had to solve 2 algo challenges.

Given an image (gray level 0-255) matrix, and percent (let's say 60%) find the value in the matrix which has (60% )values smaller than him

It was of 3 rounds 1st assessment, 2nd technical and 3rd HR and it was good liked the way they asked questions etc the culture was good and the whole interview went really well

I had a friend at Applied Materials who referred me and got me an interview.
There was just one interview round with Senior Developer and Technical Manager. it lasted for about 90 minutes or so.

Questions were as usual Introduction -> background -> Projects -> Skills -> Previous work experience. and then shifted to Analytical (Mostly P&C and Probabilities) -> SQL -> Python
