Two days after sending my resume. Got the phone call from HR. We talked about the a few basic questions like why do you what yo join our company? What is the most important thing you think on job? Then we deal the face to face interview three days after.

quick and fair. to prepare a presentation about something related to the position offered. the presentation was pretty informal. nice experience and very prepared people. the overall process required 4 steps of interview.
