Received e-mail, and was set up with a phone interview. Interviewer was friendly and helpful. Overly technical interview questions were not involved. Interviewer was interested in my skills, interests and asked questions about my past work experience on my resume. It is physical scientist engineer intern. Did not applied for this position, the manger send me an email and they found me in the talent pool. Only one round of interview with the whole team total 6 engineers for 45 minutes. It is about backgrounds and skills on the resume. One weeks later, manger emailed me about delay in hiring decision, and one week later is rejected. I am the backup for the first week I guess. The team is nice, but it is not the area I spezilized in.
