The selection process had following rounds: 1. Online Tests - aptitude and programming 2. Group discussion on a topic - groups of 4-5 given topic we need to debate agree or disagree 3. 2-3 rounds of interviews 1 on 1 for 20-30min each The process take around 6 hours. where the interviews check for technical knowledge and communication skills and ability to solve problems at hand.
