The interview was conducted by 2 members, one manager and one senior team member. They invited me in after receiving my resume and the interview process was pretty ordinary. They asked questions that were to determine if I would be a good social fit.

Reached out by phone call and make the appointment, but suddenly change the date, so need double confirm with them before have interview.

I have the 1st round interview (around 20 mins) with HR asking basic interview questions. Then, I have the 2nd round interview (around 1 hour) with the department manager based in Singapore

I have been referred by internal employe and shortlisted for the interview process, there were 3 rounds of interview reverse the ladder. First round was with the Snr Manger from the Headquarters, 2nd with local Snr manager and last was with Operational manager. I cleared all the rounds with positive feedback but its been 2 months since I received the feedback from any of the HR team. Even after regular follow ups they just left it in the middle of the ocean.
