3 Tier interview - 1 Technical with Project Manager - 1 With CEO, to understand the vision and the fit for the company - 1 with Human Resources - Everyone really relatable, ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible

1st phase with HR, brief presentation of the company and presentation of myself. 2nd phase with a technical project manager, exploring my professional experience and then evaluation of scrum expertise using situational questions. 3rd and final, with the CEO, summary of myself and final decision. The 3 phases were continuous, the meeting took almost 2h.
