I received an e-mail asking to set up a time for a phone interview. I arranged for time off work to make the phone interview but it never happened at the scheduled time; it occurred two hours late. The interviewer said that he forgot and was at home and with out my resume. He tried to conduct the interview but it didn't really turn out like one. It was more of a question and answer type interview about the position and company. The interviewer said I needed to take two tests and that he would arrange to take a job in the area so that we could met and I could take the tests. The interviewer said he would give me a week to think it over and he would call me back. He never called back but i received an e-mail about three weeks later asking if i were still interested in the position. I obviously declined the offer.
