The manager had no idea who I was, she was late, and then she said they only hire internally. If the position isn’t available why post it? she told me to come back but I didn’t apply for the position as a server, I have never been so offended. There were fruit flies all about the restaurant and only one table was occupied so I’m confused as to how it took her so long. they must think I’m a fool, offering me a measly three dollars an hour. tldr this position isn’t available, management is disorganized, poor hygiene, and no regard for what is considered a living wage.

Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.

Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
