Easy, basic general questions to see if you’ll fit into their core values, and obviously your ability to lead people. If you are willing to be coachable you can succeed
Simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful of me and everyone else there. I was asked about my recent experience in managing people and was introduced to the staff. They even made me a shake!
